Object of research are economies-producers of milk raw material and the aggregate of its organizationally economic relations with industrial milk processing enterprises. The aim of research is development of the system of organizationally economic measures and practical recommendations as to development and increase of efficiency of production of milk and its industrial processing taking into account the features of region. The methods of research - dialectical, system, economical statistical, monographic, calculation-structural. Theoretical and practical results of research - theoretical positions are developed in relation to creation and functioning of production milk cooperative stores and development of the integrated formings on the issue of milk products. Scientific novelty - grounded expedience of creation and the mechanism of the effective functioning of milk production cooperative stores is developed on the basis of voluntarily association of total number of cows and natural forage lands of economies of population; conceptual principles of effective development and functioning of industry of the cattle breeding are formed by combination of activity of milk production cooperative stores and enterprises of the industrial processing of milk.
