Prolom N. Surgical correction of structure functional disorders in patients on chronic calculous cholecystitis

The theme of thesis is about structure functional disorders of liver correction in patients suffering chronic calculous cholecystitis. The most informative revealing method of pathological changes in liver is histological investigation of biopsy material, which has been using the method elaborated. Operated for chronic calculous cholecystitis patients, the electrocoagulation of hepatic capsule with reduced electrical potential wasdone. In postoperative period the patients had obtained complex of rehabilitation measures. The remote results of reparative coagulation of hepatic capsule showed that it provides medical effect in patients on structure functional changes in liver connected with chronic calculous cholecystitis. It was testified by reducing of hepatic morphological changes and improving accordingly. The work had resulted in elaboration of ways of the surgical treatment results improvement in patients with cholecystitis.
