Bogoslavets' V. Agreements of legal services provision.

Dissertation is devoted to the research of legal nature of contracts on the provision of legal services. The issues of development of contractual relations concerning the provision of legal services, features of agreements under study and their variety are considered. This work determines a circle of persons which may be the subjects of agreements under study, peculiarities of their conclusion, amendment and termination. Specific attention is paid to the contents of contracts on legal services provision and as well as to the grounds, conditions and forms of liability for the violation of their conditions. According to the results of the theoretical research a number of suggestions concerning improving of laws which regulate relations in the field of legal services provision have been formulated.
