Essay

In the research conducted by us was developed and the integrative complex of the state of patients is applied with sharp cerebral insufficiency of different genezis. This complex included estimation of parameters of DIС-syndrome, change of omega-potential, estimation of the common state of patients on GCS and estimation of expressed of edema-swelling of cerebrum from data of impedansometria. For every type of acute cerebral insufficiency was got and unfavorable integrative symptomokompleks. For patients with acute cerebral insufficiency of a different etiology the variants of intensive therapy are developed, with correction of them depending on the indexes of integrative symptomokompleks and the ACI kind.
