Essay

In dissertation first it is shown that on a background eradication of "wild" polioviruses on territory of Ukraine proceeds wide circulation of vaccine-like polioviruses. Epidemiology features of the vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis are certain in a dynamics. Work is devoted to determination of role of vaccine-like polioviruses in etiology acute flaccid paralyses. Recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of epidemiology supervision after a polioviruses infection on a modern stage.
