Essay

Research object - professes of axially symmetric cold plastic deformation. Research subject - metal deformability while getting axially symmetric workpieces with a blind hole in shaping processes. Research purpose - improvement of quality of axially symmetric workpieces with a blind hole which were manufactured by inverse pressing and formation of internal spline surfaces. Research methods - methods of applied theory of plasticity, phenomenological theory of deformability, solidity method and experimentally-calculated methods. Theoretical and practical results - it was established that for processes of inverse pressing of "burrel" type cylindrical articles with a blind hole the value of used plasticity resource depends on properties of materials and basic parameters of processes. An experimentally-calculated method for determination of stress-strained state at inverse cold pressing was developed which takes into account metal hardening. The method of parameters calculation for diagrams of materialplasticity was further developed. Models of materials researched were formed. Recommendations were developed for improvement of processes of inverse pressing of cylindrical articles with a blind hole and formation of internal spline surfaces in blind holes.
