Baldynyuk V. Providing of application of collision norm: qualification, reverse dispatch, round of law in an international private law.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the theoretical and practical problems connected with questions of general part of international private law. In work for the first time in the Ukrainian jurisprudence are systematically analysed theoretical and practical problems of maintenance of application collision norms in international private law. Such mechanisms of maintenance of conflict regulation as qualification, sending and detour of the law in international private law are researched. Such problem questions as the conflict of qualifications, return sending, detour of the law in international private law reveal and substantiated conclusions corresponding theoretically in which it is offered to a way of the sanction showed up earlier problems are deduced Besides in conclusions practical recommendations for improvement of the legislation which adjusts the legal relations complicated by a foreign element.
