Examined 158 patients with essential hypertention and stable angina. The offered chart of the diagnostics and treatment of essential hypertension in case of a combined course with stable angina on the basis of studing the changes of endothelial functions, the specific characteristics of left ventricular and carotid lesions by means of a differentiated use of the calcium channel blocker - lerkanidipine and beta-blocker - bisoprolol.
