Object - process of management by the personnel of metallurgical enterprises of industry of Ukraine. Object - theorist-methodical and scientifically-practical aspects of strategic directions of improvement of management by a personnel. First: it is developed and the conceptual chart of strategic management by a personnel is in a theory grounded; the functional diagram of forming of personnel of metallurgical enterprise is offered. Improved: organizational structure of the system of management by the personnel of metallurgical enterprise; approach in relation to the rise of competitiveness of personnel. Further development was got: methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of the system of management by a personnel; notion-category vehicle from determination of economic maintenance of such scientific notions: "strategy" "strategy of management by a personnel" "strategic management by a personnel" "motivation".
