Andre O. Possibility of medico-legal diagnostics of cardiac suddens death is as a result of laboratory researches

Dissertation work is devoted determination of morphological, biophysical and biochemical criteria of diagnostics of oxymortia as a result of sharp ischemic heart trouble as a result of laboratory researches. The analysis of microscopic and ultramicroscopy signs of pathomorphologyk changes of myocardium of ventricles of heart is conducted in the cases of oxymortia as a result of sharp coronarism. By the sweepable electronic microscopy of natural and corrosive preparations found out the displays of morpho-phunktional disorders of endocardial and subendocardial space of counter-clockwise ventricle in the case of death as a result of sharp ischemic heart trouble. By research of laser polarimetric images quantitative information was expounded about the biophysical differences of myocardium of ventricles of heart and on their basis the criteria of differential diagnostics of oxymortia are offered as a result of sharp ischemic heart trouble.
