Object of research: system of economic relations, which represent interdependence between welfare and economic growth in national economy; purpose: theoretical and empirical substantiation of influence mechanism of welfare on economic growth and elaboration of recommendations for welfare level increase in national economy; methods logical, historical, statistical, structural-functional analyse, graphical, correlation-regression modelling, comparison, forecast, expert values; theoretical results: substance of category of welfare and its correlation with other social-economical categories is determined, transmission mechanism of welfare influence on economic growth is substantiated; practical results: system of indexes for population welfare measurement is elaborated, complex of orientations and tasks of state social-economical policy in Ukraine is elaborated, which is oriented on population welfare increase with purpose of economic growth stimulating, newness: for the first time a substance of transmission mechanism of population welfare on economic growth is described by way of forming of economic behavior; proved, that relatively low level of population welfare in Ukraine restrains economic growth; subsequent development received: conception about substance of category of welfare and its correlation with other social-economic categories; method of welfare measurement; improved: structure of priority orientations of state social-economic policy for increase in Ukraine of population welfare with purpose of stimulating of economic growth; a level of implantation: in strategy of development of Mykolayv is implantated; a sphere of utilization: economic theory, state regulation of economy.
