The thesis is dedicated political to research of features of formation and development of social dialogue as tool of state social policy. Global changes are analyzed of aircraft attitude of social dialogue and its models. Historical and modern features of formation of the dialogue relations in Ukraine, legislative maintenance of social dialogue in the state are studied. The ways of advancing of social dialogue in conditions of a modern political system of Ukraine are offered.
