Essay

Thesis is dedicated to heightening the ecological safety level of oil and gas enterprises. The grounds of choosing the optimum version of the approach to wastes which have been approved as an exam-ple the oil residue. On the basis of the substances mechanoactivation developed was a method of reprocessing the oil residues into mineral powder. Developed is the structure of informational and analytical system. Separate elements of it devel-oped for "Ukrnafta" is aimed at recording the wastes and emissions.
