Essay

It is established that the ramified porous structure of MgAl2O4 ceramics with trimodal pore size distribution is provided the humidity-sensitivity in MgAl2O4 ceramics in the region of relative humidity of 25-95 %. The positron annihilation model in nanoporous dielectric MgAl2O4 ceramics has been proposed. The catalytic effect of humidity-sorption processes on positron trapping modes of extended defects in MgAl2O4 ceramics has been exhibited.
