Andronov I. Decision of court of first the instance in civil procedure of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted complex research of decision of court of first the instance in civil procedure of Ukraine. Determination of concept of, «decision of court» is offered in work, coming from his specific signs and properties, classification of decisions of court is given after different grounds and comparative description of some types of court decisions is conducted. The list of requirements which the decision of court must answer is offered in dissertation, a structure and maintenance of decision of court is consistently probed as an act of justice and judicial document. In work plenary powers of court of first the instance are analysed in regard to realization by him control after own decisions, and also some questions, related to execution of decision ships which decide a court during a decision-making, are considered. In dissertation also there is a row of scientific developments, touching legal force of decision of court.
