The dissertation is dedicated to studying the aspects of development of the purulent - necrotic complication by acute destructive pancreatitis and the possibility of their prophylaxis and treatment.It was researched that syndrome of bowel obstruction II - III stage, gram - negative bowel colonization are risks factors of development of the purulent complication of destructive pancriatitis and prognosis by purulent complication are determined the character of complication, extended process in the retroperitoneal space and the character of microflora. It was researched diagnostic and prognosis significances of changing cytochemical indexes of neutrophilic granulocytes of blood.The suggested scheme of treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis egualy with improving clinical and laboratorial indexes are gives the possibility improvement of early diagnosis and prognosing development purulent - necrotic complication, to conduct preventive and treatment measures and warned against developing purulent complication and their treatment.
