Essay

The dissertation investigation lies in development of theoretical principles and practical methods of improvement method of complex decision of economic and ecological factors during organization of the rational use of agricultural lands in the conditions of the Steppe area of Ukraine. The theoretical basis of organization of territory of agricultural enterprises on agrolandscape principles with account ecological and economic factors which influence on soil fertility has been proved. The methodological approaches are improved to establishment of rational structure of the landed lands in agricultural enterprises, method of estimation of project decisions in relation to organization of the rational use of agricultural lands with determination of economic and ecological effect has been developed. The necessity of excluding underproductive and degraded agricultural lands from intensive use, which economical inadvisable and ecologically dangerous has been developed.
