Panarina N. Law as the normative base of legal order

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of theoretical and practical problems of the correlation of law and legal order and the main ways of their cooperation. The conceptual bases of the theory of legal order are looked over, its structural elements are determined; features and varieties of legal order, its qualitative and quantitative descriptions (levels of legal order) are analyzed. The system of principles of legal order and basic directions of their cooperation with the law principles are considered. On the ground of the author understanding of phenomena of law and legal order the direct and indirect ways of transformation of law normative nature into the legal order normative nature on the different stages of law forming process are determined. The differences of regulative role of law in legal order forming process in public and private spheres are analyzed. Some bases of theory of legality are looked over in consider to the sources of law pluralism and the conception of „rule of law”, also the basic guarantees of law and order cooperation are explored.
