The expediency of carrying out of comprehensive in-vestigation of a ischemic heart disease and essential hyperten-sion is shown. Character of vegetative disturbances at these patients depending condition of autonomic nervous system at patients with on a stage of disease and gravity of a condition is defined. It is shown, that development of hypertensive heart promotes disturbance of a myocardium repolarisation processes. At patients with an essential hypertension and ischemic heart disease QT Different influence of carvedilol, lisinopril and amlodipine at these patients is established.D size depends on vegetative regulation of a sinus rhythm.
