Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health young primiparous women, delivery by abdominal way on the basis of studying at them clinical, microbiological, immunological and endocrinological features, and also development and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. For the first time comparative aspects of the early and remote consequences abdominal delivery young primiparous women are investigated.
