Orel M. The Administrative reforming in Ukraine in the processes of Globalization: theoretical and methodological aspects

The object is the administrative reforming in the Ukraine. The objective is scientific determination of essence and features of administrative reforming in the Ukraine that would take into account the processes of globalization and necessity of realization of national interests, and development on this basis of perspective tasks of public policy of administrative reforming. The methods are induction, comparison, analogy and scientific abstracting, structurally-functional, system, comparative, concretely-historical analysis. The newness is that the information-analytical model of administrative reforming is formed. The results are that author's definition of the prognosis-scenario paradigm planning of administrative reforming is offered; the necessity of transition to the prognosis-scenario paradigm planning of administrative reforming in Ukraine is scientifically grounded; the conceptual-categorical toolkit of administrative reform is improved.
