Lagutov Y. Politic-administrative principles for cooperation between Ukraine and Ukrainian Diaspora in European Union countries

The object is the cooperation between Ukraine and Ukrainian Diaspora. The objective is the development of the scientifically grounded politic-administrative principles for cooperation between Ukraine and Ukrainian Diaspora in European Union countries and the ways of its perfection in contest of European integration of Ukraine process. The methods are historical, dialectical, ethnopolitological, sociological, statistical, inductions, deductions, system functional, ethnocommunicative, ethnotechnological. The newness is that it is system proved that Ukrainian Diaspora of ES countries come forward the special factor of development of relations of Ukraine with European Union countries. The results are that the nature of modern Ukrainian Diaspora of ES countries as the network and political phenomenon is found out and the necessity of account of features of these essence descriptions of Diaspora in the process of cooperating of Ukraine with it is grounded; experience of cooperation of public bodies of Ukraine with societies of Ukrainian Diaspora of ES countries is generalized; the complex of the new politic-administrative principles of cooperation of Ukraine with Ukrainian Diaspora of ES countries is developed.
