Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the daily morphofunctional changes of suprarenal glands in norm and at immobilizing stress action at physiological, hyper- and hypofunction of the pineal gland. It has been established, that suprarenal glands are said to have circadian rhythms of catecholamine's secretion in blood plasma with acrophase at 14.00 and batiphase at 02.00. The acrophase of corticosterone secretion was registered at 08.00, batiphase - at 20.00. It has been investigated, that stress-induced morphofunctional changes of suprarenal glands are expressed less in those animals, which had are pineal gland hyperfunction. In stressed animals on the background of pineal gland hypofunction the changes of suprarenal glands functions were found as well as decompensated morphological changes. It was proved, that epithalon introduction before stress in animals with phisiologycal and hypofunction of the pineal gland caused normalization of daily rhythms of suprarenal glands functional activity, decreased the rate of catecholamine's and corticosterone in blood plasma, prevented the fact of the destruction and demolition in organelles of corticocytes and chromaphinocytes and averted the formation of desynchronosis
