Essay

The aim of the thesis research was to study by retrospective analysis the long-term dynamics (15-20 years) of left ventricular hypertrophy and function rates, the development of cardio-vascular complications, as well as to examine the dynamics of different types left ventricular geometry in patients with essential hypertension.The clinical research is of a retrospective nature and is based on the analysis of 145 medical histories and records of essential hypertension (stage I-II) in patients ages 21-56. It has been proven that different types of remodeling of the left ventricular have their impact on the development of fatal cardiovascular complications for a long period of time (15-20 years).
