The dissertation deals with the problem of improving the efficiency in the treatment of patients with various clinical forms of psoriasis due to the application of Lake Kunigunda's therapeutic factors. The work is based on the analysis of the results of the examination and treatment of 111 patients with psoriasis aged from 18 to 72. It has been established that patients with psoriasis show disbalance in the fatty-acid composition of lipids of sweat, it being of partial and of different -vector character depending on the clinical course of dermatosis. The correlation of fatty-acid lipids in the lavages from the surface of psoriasis plague proved to have common direction both in the presence and in the absence of complicated forms of the disease. Close association between C 16:0 and C 18:0 content in the lipids of sweat and lavages from the surface of psoriasis plague ranging from z =+ 0,72 to z =+ 0,93 has been established. The application of Lake Kunigunda's therapeutic factors considerably increases the efficiency in the treatment of patients with psoriasis due to the limitation of clinical manifestations of dermatosis and the correction of fatty-acid disbalance in bio-objects obtained by both non- and invasive methods.
