Pashchenko V. The complex treatment of the patients with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, in view of features of haemodynamic and hormonal homeostasis

The dissertation is dedicated to improvement of the methods of the pathogenetic treatment of the patients with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, in view of features of venous haemodynamic of the lower limbs, haemomicrocirculation and hormonal homeostasis. For the first time the status of the venous haemodynamic of the lower limbs have been determined and the changes of the haemomicrocirculation in patients with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, have been showed. The obtained data of the condition of the the haemomicrocirculation in patients with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, broaden the understanding about the pathogenesis of the diseases. The interrelation between these changes and hormonal homeostasis has been determinated. At the first time the data of the perimenopausal period in women, with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, was studied. It was made the original method of the complex treatment of the patients with eczema, that caused by the varicose syndrome, with use of the vasoactive and hormone correcting therapy. This method of the treatment can rate the therapy effectiveness, that shows in higher rate of the clinical recovery - 95,00 % of patients with eczema and 83,33 % in patients with the trophyc ulcers, against 50,00% and 44,44 % in patients of the standart treatment group, and can make the stabile remission of disease in 66,67 % patients with eczema and 45,45 % patients with the trophyc ulcers during two years.
