Subject of research - processes of growth, development and spring rape productivity formation, seed quality indexes depending on the action of the growing technology components. Purpose of researches - the spring rape growing technology improvement subject to the differentiated application of mineral fertilizers, bacterial preparations as well as combined fertilizers in the northern Forest-Steppe. The research methods are field, measuring and weight, laboratory, mathematical and statistical, computational and comparative. The best indexes of growth, development and yield secured the mineral fertilizers application in dose N30P60K60+N30, phosphorus-mobilizing microorganisms seed inoculation and foliar dressing with combined fertilizers "Zeovite". The research results are introdused in agricultural formations of the Kyiv region in 2006-2007 over a total area 50 ha. The branch of application in the agricultural production.
