Yakunych A. Peculiarity of diagnosis, clinical flow and treatment of sepsis in drug addict patients

The scientific work is devoted to actual problem of diagnosis, clinical flow and treatment of surgical sepsis in drug addict patients. The summarized results of examining and treatment of 74 drug addict patients with surgical sepsis (basic group) and 32 patients with surgical sepsis, who have not drug dependence (compare group). Etiological factors of develop of surgical sepsis in drug addict patients was investigated during all time of examining. It was gram (+) microorganisms. Peculiarity of diagnosis and clinical flow of surgical sepsis in drug addict patients was established. Degree of pronouncing of intoxication syndrome in drug addict patients was investigated with objective markers of endotoxicose, most informative of it was oxide of nitrogen (NO). Preference of pronouncing of intoxication syndrome in basic group was established with certain (Р < 0,05). Private working outs of well-founded methods of effective correction of endotoxicose was introduction in program of treatment. It made possiblereduce term of treatment from 41,2 + 2,3 to 35,7 + 1,4 days and reduce lethality from 28,2 to 20,0 %.
