Essay

Present dissertation is dedicated to the treatment efficiency increase of patients with arterial hypertension and syndrome sleep apnea by including in complex treatment sinusoidal modulated currents (SMC) and developing differential ways for usage SMC-therapy. On basis of clinical-instrumental studies there had been developed indications for differential usage SMC therapy with different intensity in dependence from clinical picture and functional signs arterial hypertension and syndrome sleep apnea. Complex treatment, which includes SMC therapy in standard and intensive regime, provides improvement in results of treatment these group patients.There has been proved, that the offered method of differentiated SMC therapy allows increasing quality of complex treatment patients with arterial hypertension and syndrome sleep apnea, and favors for increasing of distant results of treatment.
