This thesis is based on the results of treatment of 114 patients and it is dedicated to the problems of improvement of results of treatment of operated patients who have serious burns by influencing on the rheological peculiarities of blood. It is ascertained in the course of work that patients with serious burns, who had traditional treatment, had decrease of index of blood viscosity on the level of blood-vessels of big and medium diameters and continuation of increase of blood viscosity on the level of blood-vessels of microcirculation from the first till the third day of the post-operational period. Hyperviscosity of blood on the level of blood-vessels of microcirculation correlated with cellular indices: Z-potential of erythrocytes and Deformation of erythrocytes. Application of combination of aprotinini on the day of operation and on the first twenty-four hours of the post-operational period (dose - 500 un/kg/per day) and pentoxyfillini on the next 9 days of the post-operational period (dose -5 mg/kg/per day) by patients having serious burns, caused decrease of blood viscosity on the level of the blood-vessels of small diameter from the 1-st till the 10-th day in consequence of cellular factors of microreology (According to clinical results sensation of pain reliably decreased on the 3-rd day of the post-operational period, also it was observed a decrease of systole frequency on the 1-st,2-nd,3-rd day of the post-operational period. Systole frequency and body temperature does not reliably differ from control on the 5-th and on the 10-th day. Duration of the hospital treatment lasted 26,1±2,1 days, that is reliably less than had patients with traditional treatment.
