Object is acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis of different prevalence; the purpose is to improve the results of the surgical treatment of patients by acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis, by applying the laparoskopick procedure; methods are clinical, biochemical, immunological and electrophysiological (mekhanoelektrokolografy), statistical; novelty is scientifically substantiated the use of laparoskopick technology during the treatment of acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis of different prevalence, are developed indications and contra-evidence to the fulfillment of laparoskopick appendectomy in the patients with acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis, the new method of treating the destructive forms of appendicitis, complicated by spilled peritonitis, is developed; results - is proven the possibility of fulfilling the laparotomy appendectomy in the patients with acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis, in all patients, whose value of intraperitoneal pressure does not exceed 18 mm H O. and the are no the expressed soldering joint process in of an abdominal cavity, the use laparoskopick method of treating the patients by acute appendicitis, complicated by peritonitis, made it possible to improve the results of treatment by decreasing the traumatic condition of operational interference, of more rapid restoration of the motor activity of bowels, to descend a quantity of postoperative complications 5 times, in connection with this to decrease (p<0,05) the duration of a stay of patients during the stationary treatment; it is inculcated in the therapeutic practice, in the training process; area is medicine.
