Osama R. Organizational and engineering decisions improvement concerning renovation works on municipal and dwelling fund objects for Syria Arabian Republic (SAR) conditions

Technological-organizational and technical concepts on recovery work perfection for housing cycle prolongation of city housing resources in the Syrian cities. The influence of factors is determined. On the base of these factors the procedure of forming of manufacturing schemes for dwelling houses reconstruction subject to the technology of execution phase is developed. It enables to reveal the most efficient schemes of this process by means of systematization and analytical (morphological) analysis of the objects that are being reconstructed. Informational background assessment of effectiveness of building companies activity and their criteria is formed. These criteria enable the building company leaders to provide the optimal term for recoupment of capital investments that are allotted for housing cycle prolongation of city housing resources in the Syrian cities.
