The thesis covers an actual theme in a scientific and practical aspect - studying of peculiarities of gestosis on the background of infrigmentes of the microbiocenosis of vagina and dismicro-elementosis. The most powerful factors which accompany vaginal disbiosis are relevated. The clinical and laboratory fea-tures of pregnancy' current on the background of diselementosis infrigmentes of the microbiocenosis of vagina are determined. Interrelation between imbalance of the contents of micro-, macroelements, infrigmentes of the microbiocenosis of vagina and the basic parameters of gestosis. The complex method of diagnostics, prophylaxis and correction of disbiotic processes of vagina on the background on dismicroelementosis is developed and inculcated in practical medicine, allowing to decrease the amount of gestational complications.
