Ovcharenko S. Therapy of the combined forms of hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogynia for women during pregnancy

Dissertation is devoted one of issues of the day of obstetrics - to the decline of frequency of development of complications of motion of pregnancy and improvement of perinatal results for women with endocrine violations as hyperprolactinemia, hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogynia of different origin by the study of interdependence between the changes of levels of progesterone, androgens, prolactin, chorion gonadotropini, estriol, eutherians albumens (TBG, PAMG-1) and by development of complications of motion of gestational period. The nosotropic method of medicinal and unmedicinal correction of violations of the state of fetus, planning of delivery is developed. Women have the use of the developed algorithm of conduct of pregnancy and births from hyperprolactinemia, hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogynia of different origin allowed to reduce frequency of genesial losses in I trimester of pregnancy on 60 %, to prevent them in a ІІ trimester in 100 % cases, reduce frequency of premature births in 5 times, to reduce perinatal morbidity and death rate.
