This thesis is devoted to researching the problem of the differential program of sanatorium and resorts treatment of pregnants, who are ill with prehestos and preeclampsia of light extent. The role and significance of hemodynamics displacement in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia are determined on the basis of the central hemodynamics indexes research. The considerable malfunctions in psychoemotional sphere and deterioration of the quality of life of the pregnants who are ill with prehestos and preeclampsia of light extent are demonstrated. The differential program of sanatorium and resorts treatment of pregnants, who are ill with prehestos and preeclampsia of light extent is developed on the basis of mentioned research and the complex of physical factors taking into account the fundamental mechanisms of their effect, doses, intensity, zones of impact and type of central hemodynamics. The application of differential program of sanatorium and resorts of treatment of pregnants, who were ill with prehestosand preeclampsia of light extent, had allowed to reduce the rate of pregnancy complication developments, childbirths complications and fetus condition disturbance.
