In the dissertation on the basis of the established laws of dynamics of filtra-tional streams in a massif and on a surface of a mine field parameters of mine sec-tions are proved at a underground extraction of coal seams which provide a mine safety and reduce an ecological load on underground hydrosphere in difficult hy-dro-geological conditions. Quantitative parities in change of a mode of ground-waters on under-working a mine field which are defined by position of boundaries of area of a fil-tration and natural (or artificial) drains that is expressed by damping channeling streams from the adjacent areas, and also are established by simultaneous increase in evaporation due to hoisting levels. Managing factor in this process is purpose-ful change of boundaries of a under-working. It is proven that the generation of intensive mine inflow of underwaters is conditioned by hydrodynamic interfer-ence of modern channel and old channel of coalcontained thickness which is a base for minimization inflow of water by gidroprotectional pillars, and their con-tour is defined by tested numeral model.
