Lopin E. Scientific research and development of model of medical treatment facilities' load by patients

New approaches based on technologies of informational and mathematical modeling to resolve actual problem of inpatient care planning of servicemen and other beneficiaries have been presented. During study analysis of factors influencing on servicemen's morbidity rates and war sanitary losses has been carried out. As result of patients' in- and outflow analysis, based on 7-year statistical data of two military hospitals, weekly cyclicity of flaw and in some cases its correspondence to normal distribution law have been revealed. Mathematical model to imitate patients' flow within health care system has been developed and used to construct software. Informational model of circulation of required modeling data and methods to approximate distribution functions of patients' discharge probabilities have been developed. Recommendations to practical use of developed model and other innovations have been presented.
