The dissertation is devoted to development of doctrinal grounds for civil-legal regulation of dealings with an enterprise as a unified property complex, revealing peculiarities of such dealings as sale and purchase, lease, mortgage and enterprise management, and grounding the propositions directed at elimination of drawbacks and gaps in legal regulation of such dealings. The author proves inexpediency of real estate legal regime dissemination on an enterprise; stresses necessity of refusal from universal or limited enterprise turnover ability; grounds provisions on special regulation of such agreements as sale and purchase, lease and enterprise management; proves that an inherited enterprise management agreement is a kind of property management agreement; an enterprise management agreement and agreement on economic society management by personable manager are individual types of civil law agreement; lists additional arguments for support of such legal constructions as sale and purchase of share (parts)of economic societies - enterprise owners, or termination of an economic society - enterprise owner by merge or accession, which will have economic result same as in case of sale and purchase of an enterprise.
