The research work is dedicated increasing of effectively treatment of patients with sub-epithelial endometriosis of vesical cervix, on the base of analysis the results of clinical-laboratory, machine and morphological research, improvement and apply into medical practice the complex of medical and prophylactic measures. Studied the ethiopatogenetic importance of clinical-anamnesis results, and also hormone, immunological, micro-ecological, morphological and imunnogystochemica changes with patients with exocervical form of endometriosis of vesical cervix. The improvement was based on patogenetical and applies into clinical practice high-performance complex which foresee cryo, laser therapy with the complex of post-operating using natural micronized progesterone.
