Essay

Heat exchanger network of chemical engineering. The main objective is analysis of recuperative heat exchange system. Methods of investigation is basic principle of process integration and pinch analysis methodic. Heat exchanger network of chemical engineering was investigated. Energy targets and optimal temperature difference on heat exchange equipment were defined. Retrofit project of heat exchanger network was developed. Methodic of composite curves building was updated. Heat exchange equipment was installed on sugar plant AO "KANT". Methodic of plate heat exchanger calculation is used by AO "Sodruzhestvo-T" company for design of new equipment. Field of application is chemical, coke-chemical, petrochemical and food industry.
