Essay

Dissertation is devoted the ground of estradiol valerate including expedience in basic pharmacotherapy (nebivalol+spironolacton) for women with AH during postmenopausal period. Plugging of estradiol valerate to basic therapy at AH for women in postmenopause in the offered dose mode (2 mg daily) provided more expressed decline of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, diminishing of sizes of hypertensive time index and index of areas for systolic and diastolic blood pressure, decline of activity of simpatico-adrenal and renin-angiotensin systems, proceeding in endothelium vasodilatational function, and also removal of dyslipidemia, conditioned with insulin resistanse. Therapy which includes an estradiol valerate does not cause statistically meaningful changes from the side of basic clinical and biochemical indexes of blood and does not diminish safety of traditional medicinal therapy.
