Sayenko A. Interrelation of relations of the property and management during market transformation of public sector.

Research object: system of social and economic relations during market transformation. Research purpose: the complex analysis of relations of the property and management, a substantiation of directions of reforming of public sector of Ukraine. Research methods: the system approach, a principle of unity and conflict of opposites, denying of denying, quantitative - qualitative changes, unities logic and historical, scientific abstraction and institutional methods. Results, novelty: the direction of transformation of a state sector in public sector is revealed; the contents of public sector in narrow and wide sense is proved; found out terms and conditions of reforming of public sector in economy of Ukraine. Sphere of the application: lectures and special courses under the economic theory, the theory of public sector and state regulation, articles and monographys, in practical activities of Fund of the state property of Ukraine and managing subjects.
