Zhidkova L. Civil legal mechanism of defence of right on inviolability of business reputation.

Dissertation is devoted to civil theoretical and practical right for inviolability of business repu-tation, its substantial indications, content and author's proposals is made. In particular, the peculiarities of notions "business reputation" from subjective and objective points of view "right for inviolability of business reputation", the sphere of subjects, which have the right on its defense are explored. The differentiation of the notions "reputation", "goodwill", "renome", "prestige" is made. The comprehensive research of civil legal problems of defence of right is conducted on inviolability of business reputation jurisdiction and no jurisdiction the forms of de-fence, and also the analysis of general and special methods of defence of right for inviolability of business reputation. The theoretical regulations are formulated and recommendations in relation to improve the legislation of defence of right for inviolability of business are proved in the dissertation.
