Avramova O. Deprivation of subjective rights for habitation

Thesis is devoted to the important today problem of civil regulation of relations, which appear due to deprivation of subjective rights for habitation. The definitions of habitation in the general sense and in the sense of housing law, habitation of social purpose are formulated on the basis of analysis of current legislation, court practice and the results of previous investigations. Matter of right on habitation (in narrow and wide sense) and inviolability of habitation is formulated in this thesis. Maxims of deprivation of subjective rights for habitation is suggested. Classification of the basis of deprivation of right on private property on habitation and expulsion is fulfilled. Moreover, the classification of requisition and nationalization is fulfilled.
