Novak V. Organization and legal problems of social partnership of administration bodies and public associations in Ukraine: the present situation and prospects for development

A systematic analysis of organization and legal problems in the sphere of social partnership between the public administration authorities and public associations in Ukraine has been accomplished in the dissertation. Some recommendations and suggestions concerning the prospects for the development of social partnership have been elaborated. The concept of social partnership between the public administration authorities and public associations in Ukraine has been revealed. The essence of public associations as the distinguishing basis of democratic reforms of the state and society has been researched. The author's definition of the concept "social partnership" between the public administration authorities and public associations has been developed. Forms of social partnership between the public administration authorities and public associations in Ukraine have been defined and demonstrated. Practical participation of civil society institutions in the process of development of local self-government in Ukraine has been given the matter thought in the dissertation.
