This dissertation is devoted to external mine dump rigidity calculation method taking as principle heterogeneity of overburden breeds and dump weak foundation, which reaches with the help of sliding surface consisting of first and second order curves form usage, and allows to reduce weaker sliding surface location inaccuracy and to increase durability stock coefficient calculation accuracy. For the first time the external dump simulation modeling method is used. Overburden breeds and weak foundation ground physical and mechanical properties casual distribution nature is taken into account with the help of this method. Dump layer deformation risks are determined. Durability stock ration of supply changing regularities depending on external dump geometrical parameters, weak basis flood and power for different variants of overburden breeds dumps are set. On the basis of made investigations it is developed applied program package for external dump rigidity calculation. Its possibility and efficiency is proved by practical introductions of Kryvyi Rih ore-mining enterprises.
