Tarasishina O. Justice and tolerance in a modern law of Ukraine

Dissertation contains complex research of legal nature of principles of justice and tolerance in a modern law of Ukraine. Basic directions of development of scientific researches of justice and tolerance are considered in their correlation with law, during realization of legal activity on the whole, and also at administration justice, in particular. Determination of concept of justice and tolerance is formulated for their use in the field of jurisprudence; genesis of ideas of justice and tolerance in the works of scientists during historical development of society are investigated; criteria of justice and tolerance in legal life of society are defined; international law norms which fasten the ideas of justice and tolerance as inalienable properties of modern legal life and basic principles of human rights are analyzed; principles of justice and tolerance as characteristics of judicial activity are defined; justice and tolerance in the system of fundamental principles of judicial activity of modern Ukraine are grounded; justice and tolerance as inalienable qualities of judge of modem Ukraine are defined. Research results allowed offering the row of concrete changes and adding to the current legislation of Ukraine with the purpose of it improvement.
