Essay

The dissertation analyzes personality changes in senior grades students with somatic disorders of the respiratory tract who undergo the correction of their psyche. The work offers a new solution to the problem involving the correction of a personality whose development takes place under unfavorable conditions and is complicated by somatic disorders. The study describes the distinctive features of psychosomatic correlations for different types of respiratory disorders, the role of emotional factors in their development and offers ways of correcting these disorders. It has been established that in the development of various respiratory disorder essential role play emotional factors, which are connected with stressors and stereotypical variants of psychophysical reactions that are specific for different respiratory disorders. Changes have been discovered in the forms of responding to an illness, in personal attitudes, motivation of achievements, and in self-esteem of senior grades students as a result oftheir experiencing from somatic disorders.The psychocorrection has shown positive dynamics in indices of emotional causes that bring about respiratory disorders and in individual qualities which are characteristic of an early young age (in attitudes of a student toward himself, his future and purposes in his life, in his motivation of achievements and self-respect).
