Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development of methods of analytical computation of power parameters of working stroke of crank forging press on the operations of die forg-ing. Mathematical models and program facilities for power computation of working stroke of crank forging press on the operations of the opened die forging, extruding and trim-ming of flash are developed. Mathematical dependences are developed for computation of losses of energy on friction at constant effort on a slide-block and at the elastic unloading of the press after transition of the slide-block through extreme lower position. The values of the resulted friction coefficient and expenditures of energy on a working stroke are ex-perimentally determined. Normality of distributing of the measured values is tested, the er-ror bounds of the experimental results are determined, the reproducibility of results of measuring is checked. Adequacy of theoretical determinations of expenditures of energy on a working stroke to experimental dataisconfirmed by the computation of the experi-mental Fisher's criteria and their comparison with tabular ones.
