Cherepenko I. Complex surgical treatment of aged patients with calculous cholecystitis, accompanied by choledocholithiasis and obstructive jaundice, by acute liver foilure.

Object - patients of elderly and senile age by cholecystitis, incorporated with by choledocholithiasis and complicated an obstructive jaundice; methods - a fizikal inspection, laborato-ry, immune-chemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - first at patients of elderly and senile age sharp and chronic cholecysti-tis incorporated with choledocholithiasis and complicated an obstructive jaundice, set overpatching spectrum of factions of whey albumen by the method of disk-elektroforesis in polyakrilamid gel; it is first set that at the obstructive jaundice of of high quality genesis for these patients, which was complicated sharp hepatic insufficiency (SHI), there is considerable violation of synthesis of different classes of immunoglobulins; violation of the functional state of liver is set, depending on the degree of weight of SHI, that shows up multiplying maintenance of the finished goods of peroxide oxidization of lipid; results – the complex of l treatment-prophylactic measures is developed at patients of elderly and senile age with calculous cholecystitis, complicated choledocholithiasis and obstructive jaundice, on the basis of study of separate areas of pathogenesis of origin of SHI; branch – medicine.
